Continued WFH where possible

Not all jobs/careers can fully function from home, but those that can must continue to do so.

Why the contribution is important

This limits traffic, office space (and of course expansions), and everything unnecessary that goes with commutes.

This of course can also be adapted as a hybrid: 3 days WFH, 2 days in the office.

So many people have enjoyed working from home over the last year, many not wanting to go back to 'normal' at all.

As Theo says, it reduces traffic (=pollution) and reduces work/office space for the business (=less need to build new office blocks). It can certainly improve people's quality of life - less time commuting, more time with family, less spent on parking charges, less spent on petrol/diesel so less pollution, etc. etc.)

This has to be the new 'normal'.
